5.2.1 The artistic process of the Art Museum Collections suggests a Perception Face agreement with an Artistic or Sports Personality.

With creativity, color and talent, artists and designers will immortalize the motif of a unique and unrepeatable collection, whose supply will be divided into three creative lines:

• General NFT: General volume of the collection

• Special NFT: Limited supply with special features

• Original NFT: Exclusive and limited design for Artists or Athletes

Art Museum Process:

- Collection Launch

- Campaigns (Events with Personalities and Promotional Teasers of the collection)

- Publication of the Official Video of the Collection

- Setting Offer Terms: Date, Supply, Network, Cost and Benefits

- Inauguration of the Gallery that will supply the Virtual Museum

- Sale for Collectors and Auctions

Perception Face will publish a Proposal of Products or Associated Experiences (sale and post-sale) for the collection, detailing the marketing system.

5.2.2 The economic model of the Art Museum Collections activates three automatic mechanisms of the platform:

- Direct sale of General NFTs

(98% of the pieces in the collection)

- Direct sale of Special NFTs / Clones Auction

(1.5% of the pieces in the collection)

After the direct sale of a Special NFT, the system releases the auction of a differentiated clone with a rarity and the proceeds of the sale will automatically go to NGOs

- Optional Direct Sale of Original NFTs / Clones Auction

(0.5% of the pieces in the collection)

The system activates the auction of clones of unique originals with slight distinction in their design.

The Artist or Athlete of the collection will direct the automatic destination of the funds through the platform to assist sensitive causes of their choice.

Similarly, it may announce the direct sale or auction of original NFTs, specifying the destination of the funds.

The system of royalties (Royalties) will be applied, for the Artist or Athlete, for the creators and for the social causes of the collection.
